Noa had a great birthday weekend! Even though her birthday is officially today, we spent most of yesterday celebrating at home. The day started with a visit from Sasha, who used to work with Noa at Perkins and who also did some childcare with her at home and for a time was Noa's favorite yoga friend.

Noa hadn't seen Sasha since before Covid so she was very excited to show off her new yoga moves and how she was so independent putting on her shoes and going down the stair to the couch.

Sasha also brought her kids Phoebe and Kolton, and her husband Andrew who she sees more often since he works with Noa in the vocational program at Perkins. It was a surprise visit for Noa and she really loved it.
We gave Noa the option of opening some presents Saturday and some presents Sunday, but she opted to open them ALL on Saturday. Not a big surprise.

Noa enjoyed all her gifts and quickly told us which new clothes should go to school and which should stay home. She was very excited about a soft blue sweater that has pockets and told Mom she wanted to be able to close the pockets so she could carry shakers in each pocket. She gave Mom until Friday to get it done.

After swing time and a shower, Noa enjoyed pizza and a Zoom visit with Grammy at dinner time.

Sunday started with a bit of a challenge as the snow made her usual stroller ride impossible. But she ultimately agreed to a special time in her "Noa Chair" with drums and zuzzies and Bo together. This was so much fun, that she decided that she should have her drum on the swing as well.

While having drums and zuzzies on the swing was fun, it was also a bit challenging to keep the zuzzies on her ears while also spinning and drumming, we added a hat to hold the zuzzies in place.

Then, after swings she had a Zoom call with Aunt Pate and totally on her own remembered to thank her for a cool new apron (with a new kind of neckband that clicks together) and a new pair of blue socks.

Noa was excited to go to school so she could celebrate the rest of her birthday with cottage and school friends. She's also excited about vacation in one week when she plans to go shopping.

One of the reasons why you should set sales goals is because they can pay off in the long run. They create learning opportunities. If your strategy doesn’t go well, it provides valuable data needed to make changes and improve the strategy. If you fail to meet a goal, that means there’s room for improvement and new approaches. Challenging goals can improve the creativity and focus of a team, as they suggest solutions to solve problems.

An anime I adore and rewatch secretly, enjoying it more than some socially acclaimed ones.
